2000England Under-21 midfielder Stephen Hughes was sold to Everton. He scored four times in 49 Premier League games for Arsenal
2001Sylvain Wiltord, Tony Adams and Robert Pires netted in the Gunners’ 3-0 FA Cup Sixth-Round win at home to Blackburn Rovers
